NSWRL releases draws for 2025 season
The NSWRL has released the draws today for its Major Competitions and Junior Representatives Competitions for 2025

Billambil Jets play in the Northern Rivers league, in other words bush footy.
How old is he ?
Looking forward to seeing the Jersey Flegg squad if it is ever named.
Looks to be turning 20 next year. He played for the Tweed Seagulls in junior reps, so has some experience in elite aged competition, not just a bush footy player.
The Newcastle comp would mutilate the Illawarra comp.Any 18 year olds playing in a "bush comp" first grade side, is a pretty decent indicator of ability. It's definitely higher level then SG ball. I would expect 19 year olds to be generally starting if they were going to be a chance of making it.
This kid was coming off the bench at 19 for Billambil Jets. He might surprise but wouIdnt expect to much from him.
For example dragons better 2 SG ball players (who both have done NRL pre seasons) and are only 18 this year, Reed (halves) was starting for Wests first grade in the Illawarra comp (probably strongest along with Newcastle for bush comps). While Buchanan (forward), was a regular playing at firsts for Gerringong at 17.
Might be a relative or even no relation at allSeen this on coveagency (Isaac Moses) instagram page. The only Telea I could find was a Philip Telea, a second-rower who played for the Storm SG Ball squad last season. Anyone know if it's the same player or someone else?

He’s a 5/8 , played in the Wests/Tigers system, was in the Waratahs union U14 and u15 squads and is selected in the Parramatta Harold Matthews squad for 2025. Looks like he may have played any Westfields too, but didn’t go that far. Apparently a few clubs chased him but he chose the Eels.
Also add he plays under the name of Jermayne Fa’afui
Definitely started the season at 5/8, then looked like he played lock in the Tigpies system. Interesting when going back a while we used to see lock and 5/8 almost interchangeable. Good skills if they translate into the forwards as players grow.Interesting. I found an under 16s game he played for Wenty last season, must've come across after the rep season. He's listed as #20 and is playing second-row, very big boy for a half.
*EDIT* this link has all the Maca*thur tigers games where it appears he played all in the second-row. Our edges are going to be stacked next year in Matts between: Polley, Nauer, Noa, Fa'aifu and Schaumkel. A few of them will have to make the move into the middle.
