Parramatta Leagues Club board sacked, administrator appointed

I have a question about our appointed board members. What's in it for them?

By this I mean, will they be rewarded in some way? Because I don't want candidates who are only in it for the chance to rub shoulders with footy types. Or is this the only reason anyone does this sort of thing at any club?

I've been gone a while but your dumb questions still haven't changed. Why do you think we have had the previous board thrown out? Max is hiring professionals not like the previous amateurs we just had in charge. He's got rid of those types and we will have a professional board in place for both footy club and the leagues club.

The only one of these names I know of and know is Anthony Shiner. We both worked at the same place for a while.

By all reports and my recollections he is a sharp and straight shooter.

Finally, it appears we have a board worthy of the stature of our club.

Puts to shame the shambles we became with the other clowns over the past 10 years.

McRitchie seems to have some pretty good credentials in the business world. The others are all pretty much big business corporate types.

I notice we have ourselves another property developer too....It seems to be the Parra way.
