wow - how different is it gonna be around that area once these sort of buildings are there .... look at the little town hall - lol

Yeh, Absolutely.
Parramatta in 5 years time will be unrecognisable to today.
I'm posting these developments in this thread because it is all relevant to the rebuild of Parramatta Stadium. An increase in the workforce, as well as an increase in population all goes well for an increase in game day attendances and fans, and the before and after game entertainment options also increase.
The city will be alive on game days.
In the above photo, you can also see the roughly drawn in future light rail line, and with the City-Parramatta metro also in the pipeline, transport options will be greatly improved.
It really is exciting. :)

Those bikes are a crack up ... merkins just leave em everywhere

Full marks to the current nsw govt trying to get things done ... but we are soooo far behind its ridiculous with the way they are pushing the population up lately .... sydney will be terrible within the next 10 years

if you want something built fast and delivered on time, just get the NSW govt to do it

Agreed.
Impressive for cricket and that other game they play over there.
Shit for every other sport.
Exactly the reason why Sydney needs decent rectangular stadiums.
The 2 codes mentioned above are already well catered for in this city.
