Whoever designed Parra Stadium and decided that walkways along the entire length at the bottom of each grandstand was a good idea should never design anything again. Atrocious design for everyone sitting in the first 7 or 8 rows. This looks more like it.

The thing that bugs me about most stadiums, is the tunnel entrances into the stands cause obstructed views for those sitting around them as everyone piles in. When I attended the Socceroos v Honduras match at ANZ recently, there was a massive influx of late arrivals - thousands arrived after the game had started due to traffic and train issues.

I had a great view but those sitting around the tunnel entrances were obstructed by streams of people emerging from the tunnels to find their seats and were getting might pissed off. I am not sure what the answer is - but there must be a better way!

The easy answer is that everyone gets there before kick-off. :)
We all know that's not going to happen though so forget that.
In the picture you quoted, it looks as though the front walkways don't exist in the new stadium so it'll just be the people walking up the stairways to their rows that will be the issue. The lesser of two evils I suppose.

Mate, I don't actually think there is any easy solution to this. There will always be an obstruction of sorts with general human traffic in and out of viewable areas. The best solution I suppose is to have a seat as high and as close to the middle of any bay as possible.
My Wanderers season tickets were in the back row at the old stadium. The above issue was never a problem.

Something seriously high with current valuations if a 13 year old building is being demolished for this Stairway to Heaven.

I assume there is simply more money in 200 units than a couple of dozen ... if council will approve em then these dudes will just go for it

Also indicative of the wealth of Harry. These days he retains more apartments than he flogs. In this instance he must of retained the building as serviced apartments or hold 75% of unit entitlement to enable him to terminate the strata scheme under the new act.

DA is in for Walker's proposed commercial office building at 6-8 Parramatta Town Square.
The building to the left of the two - 4 Parramatta Square, is already under construction.
6-8 PSQ will be Parra's tallest at 230 mtrs, with a function room on the 55th floor.
