Another side going to open a new stadium after a bludger of a season. It is a bad omen to build a new ground.
Wait. Is their stadium going to be better than ours ?Staying at the 'Sugar Shaker' (aka Hotel Grand Chancellor) in Townsville for work.
This is a view of the new stadium construction from my balcony.

What if they fall off the roof?what a lovely speel but some one needs to explain to Parra City Council the difference between energy and power, solar panels cannot generate energy
What if they fall off the roof?
But will they have stolen more gravity energy?then they wont work

Exactly ... there are all sorts of things that get upheld on f**kin heritage grounds, yet other shit will get through no worriesLOL. Meanwhile the objections to the Eels Hotel also make me giggle.
National Trust says:
While it is still argued that the new Stadium does not impact on the National Trust's own Old Government House in Parramatta Park, it can be clearly seen dominating the skyline from the front steps of the building.

The Office of Environment & Heritage says that they are concerned that it's 17 storeys, so close to so many heritage buildings. Umm have you seen Parramatta lately ?
The Parramatta Park Trust are worried about ... the potential impact on the Grey-headed Flying Fox camp on Parramatta River nearby, including thorough assessment against the cumulative impacts of other current developments in the area.
Makes me cranky that the National Trust object to the development because it would be viewed from the front steps of Old Government House. What about the towers to the east FFS !Exactly ... there are all sorts of things that get upheld on f**kin heritage grounds, yet other shit will get through no worries
