How we can continually float passes across the field and expect someone to make something from nothing is beyond me.

Absolutely no structure to our play or any apparent game plan. Edwards getting pulled up for a shepherd on the kick return is evidence that we have no plan to get to a set position on the field to start our sets. We play (& presumably are coached) like an u/18s team. Our edges have no idea what is coming.

Defensively, I'm f**ked if I know how we can be continually short on the edges. If Ivan's strength is meant to be defense, maybe he needs to pull his finger out. So far all he's achieving is the destruction of his son's reputation and career. And I know Nathan is limited anyway, but a decent dad-coach would have some sort of structure/game plan to play to his son-half's strengths.

I am very annoyed with our support play in this game. Martin and at times Fish and Tamou cracked right through and there was nobody in support. Is this a coaching issue or laziness from our 1, 6, 7?

Yeo needs a spell to get right, Martin to lock and most importantly we need 3 forwards on the bench.

It also looks as though our young guys are starting to get exposed. To'o has been a little, Nadan's wheels are starting to fall off and some of Kennys passes were quite tagged.

Nathan Cleary is just not a halfback. That game was made for him. Dominant field position and possession and he couldn't find a hole in a swiss cheese factory. What a terrible, awful game he had. He couldn't find a gap if it was lit with lasers and had a neon arrow sign six feet high, pointing at the spot.

Just dreadful, I have seen enough of this type of display now to know that we are going nowhere with him as halfback. Maloney might make mistakes but he does so trying to make things happen. Cleary just shovelled the ball out the back, repeatedly. Brandy must be crying into his beer to think that this bloke has the same number 7 on his back that he wore with distinction.

We dominated in every stat except where it matters, on the scoreboard. Yes, even in effective tackle percentage. Dave's mate showed exactly why he the lowest winning percentage of any coach over 300 games. He cannot coach attack to save himself. What was Wayde Egan doing? Does he still have that scrotum problem that stops him opening his legs and running? Who is coaching him to do that? FFS run you muppet!!

I once had root canal on a molar and it it was so painful I thought I would rather they just tore the thing out. I was thinking something similar with this game except this time it was my eyeballs that were in pain. How bad are we to watch?

Support play has been an issue all year for us I’ve noticed, plenty of breaks/half breaks are made by players who can get their hands free, they look up and nobody is ever there. Seems like everyone would rather set up for the next play instead of playing heads up
