Two tries conceded across the the three grades so it was certainly a good day. Three convincing victories so all good.

I was really happy with our NRL trial I thought our defence was great and the 16-6 score line really didn’t reflect our overall dominance.

At the end of the day it means nothing, we have to go up a gear to beat the Cowboys who will be difficult opponents.
Parra were very fortunate it wasn't a 28-0 scoreline after those two non tries and a fluky try for themselves.

The 16-6 scoreline is really a band aid result for Parra who have quite a bit of work to do in 2 weeks.

They should just accept the new world order of panthers being superior to those eels

I think the Eels will be thereabouts for the top eight. I know we won the trial and the score line perhaps flattered the Eels in the end but there best 17 is pretty strong.

I tend to think this season is going to be one of the closest and hard fought seasons for quite a while.

I can understand why the media pundits are all over the Bunnies, they really do look strong across there top 17 and have quality depth. If Latrell Mitchell delivers more consistently and stays fit and healthy he is a real weapon for them along with there other talents.

Im not sure we can match them in terms of depth, so staying fit and healthy this season is going to be crucial.
