Penrith's draw this year...

Concessions for what? Seriously, most of us are just taking the piss. We have 4 rounds left, yet here we are sitting in the top 4. 6 walk up starters in our best 17 out for the year and still we keep winning. What is it you merkins want? An apology?

How about a bit of credit where it's due? The team have busted their arses all year playing whatever is in front of them. Even the games they have lost they have been competitive in all but 2 games. Face the facts, the team, coaching staff & admin at Penrith can be rightly proud of what they have done so far this year. And it seems there is a belief amongst the players & staff that they are far from done.

As a fan I along with my long suffering brethren are just enjoying the ride. The inflamed nipples & red raw vaginas from those that feel they are the elite & have a God given right to play finals football is just the icing. Long may we drink your tears.

Could our draw have been harder? Yes.

Is it so much easier that it is worth making a big deal over? No.

People are only making it an issue because they didn't expect us to do so well.

And as usual no concessions from the Penrith fans.
No we won't be bowing down to kiss your arse. We'll watch our team play the draw it was given.
The almighty Roosters will take our place in the top 4 if they're good enough.

That's not a bad draw up until this point, not even the most heartened Panthers supporter could disagree with that... or could they?

The top 8 changes pretty much weekly so that's really a poor example.

Where were they when we played them. Like I don't see NQ making it but atm they are a top 8 team

As for the draw Can you predict the table for next year now? Neither can the NRL

It must just be a case of being upset that after 22 rounds, the Roosters are still sitting below an injury depleted Panthers squad. The only logical reason teams below us can come up with is the draw. Never mind the fact that Roosters (and every other team for that matter) have lost several of their easy games.

Panthers don't sit where they are because of any easy draw. They sit there because other teams aren't making the most of their easy games. At the end of the day the draw evens itself out with only a handful of games being different, and at most 2 or 3 games of the 24 being a potentially legitimate difference. But factor in injuries and form, you can't even say that's a given.

Pretty much this. We got a good draw until now but we are still winning games after being written off a few weeks ago,, what else can we do? Why should we concede anything to some roosters muppet?

The roosters have a similar draw and are doing worse then us with less injuries, yet somehow they are still contenders. Will you concede that they got lucky in the gf against manly last year RWB?

We might even lose a few games in the next month.
Playing in the finals is looking highly likely now, which was the goal all season.
Irritating you pricks is just a bonus.

Yep our slide down the ladder will be a result of injuries . Full strength we are a top 4 side.

He'll we might even finish top 4 with half a starting side missing still.

Easy draw is why your top 4, your team got found out when you played the real opponents who are not struggling bottom of the table, that is why no one thinks you guys will do anything in the finals, in fact everyone hopes they get panthers in the finals easiest game.

If our draw was easy we would play the Broncos twice. Easiest two points in the competition. Even 3 injuries throughout the game, 2 disallowed tries and a Broncos try that wasn't sent upstairs which replays show wasn't grounded weren't enough to lose against them. Just a shame our injured side. was found out 5 days later against a Roosters side fresh off the bye.

Remind me how many premierships has your club won and how many have the broncos?

Oh that's right, get back in line and know which club is alpha male.

Sorry I can't hear you behind all the premierships we have won :lol: Nom nom nom nom success tastes great.

No one cares. Success tainted by allegations of cheating. Also considering the resources the Broncos have available they have to be considered under achievers.

Are those tears coming? Typical jelly small time club syd fan, just making the top 4 is like winning a premiership for your club, you always argue that case, that way NZ Warriors should win the comp every year they got entire country.

No tears from me champ. My care factor for the success's & failures of the Broncos is precisely zero. I love supporting my small time club & enjoy any successes, and hurt when they fail. All part of the merry-go round of supporting a sporting team. As a supporter of a team like Penrith you learn to savour every moment of success because you know it can be all too fleeting. Brisbane fans like you need to have a good look at Souffs fans, that will be you in about 20 years.
