It definitely started that way but now it's more a continuous reminder of what a great season we're having. I like coming into this thread and seeing the trolls proven wrong and embarrassing themselves.

We've done almost nothing for the last 10 years, so it's understandable because we are out of practice, but us Panthers fans are pretty terrible at handling trolls. This thread is about 90% longer than it should be.

Only because the draw has us facing Manly on the last Sunday of August. PLUS Gus has even pulled strings to ensure that Penriths hooker is not going to miss any games. Ridiculous leg up for Penrith. They should have at least 10 players out at all times and they should be assigned to play on the Broncos side because they are the greatest team of all time and we should all accept their place and our place in the league based on geographical and historical factors which are far more pertinent to a teams worthyness than their performances and results in any given season.

While we're at why are we letting Moylan play this year? League and media darlings.

Gus is an asshole just for this TBH.

Was hoping Segs wasn't going to be fit for Monday night.

Why do you care billy? we can post as many times as we want its nothing to do with you.

I think Panthers fans have overreacted to some pretty basic needle from opposition fans. I would have thought that is obvious given that, you know, that's what I said.

Some have pissed us off. Most have just amused us.
Overall, I think Panthers supporters here have united well, and let them know where we stand.

Over-reaction?
Who f**kin' cares? It's a tribal sport.

I too have enjoyed this thread. It's nice to be able to give some back for a change. Last time I had this much fun in a thread was trolling The Wall (old roosters forum) in 2003. It was a bloody good forum tbh, it's a shame it dissapeared. Melons match ups were always a quality read.

I remember the good old Wall. It was my favourite rival footy forum. Melon, Rooster Cogburn, Big Poppa Pump, OVP, Old man rooster, Roostargirl, etc.

Some great fiery exchanges between both sets of fans back in the day, and it got quite heated at times, but overall it was all in good fun and I think it lead to eventual mutual respect.

Why do you care but? You have mentioned it more then once in the penrith forums. Let us overreact its nothing to do with you. If I post a thousand times here I dont see why you need to talk about it.

It seems to get an almighty bump with each win, even if it is against teams which historically never win in Sydney and take it anally from the referees.
Cowboys just pumped Bunnies in Sydney. Winning 3 of their last 4 away games. But yeah, they only lost last week because of the location of the game

Win the remaining 3 games & it's ours. f**king long shot, but let's dare to dream. It's no more unrealistic than thinking we would have had this chance back in March. Long live the Mighty Moylans!

This thread will be so amazing if we can jag the minor premiership. Up the Moylans!

the word "jag" suggests to me that if you were to win it you wouldn't be the most deserving team to have won it in your opinion, I will take that as a concession and congratulate you for your humility

everyone who follows Rugby League knows that the Cowboys have always struggled in Sydney, it didn't happen tonight but you can't dismiss that as a fact
