People you want to punch in the face

Better half does some training in Moore Park and mentioned about the resident Swans there getting ready to hatch some new borns, went for a walk over there Saturday before last and there were three baby cygnets, just beautiful to see the three babies with the parents. Last Wednesday a dog went into the water and attacked one of the Swans which ended up having to be put down, apparently the dog owner just ignored what happened and someone else intervened to try and save the Swan from the dog. Low life scum dog owner, hope they find him and fine him and i would love to do more than punch him in the face.

This is a face book post from Save Moore Park.

Last Wednesday, 29 September, at around lunchtime, the male black swan on Kippax Lake, was attacked by a dog.

The male swan sustained serious injuries from the attack.

The male swan would have been protecting its mate and their three cygnets on Kippax Lake.

Although the swan was subsequently placed under the care of WIRES and a specialist vet, we have been informed that, due to the extent and nature of its injuries, it was euthanised on Sunday.
This is a great tragedy. Left behind is the female black swan and her three very young cygnets. They are all now very vulnerable; raising, caring for, feeding and protecting three cygnets is difficult enough for two parents, now the mother swan has to assume all of these responsibilities herself. As swans often mate for life this may mean we will not see any further cygnets on Kippax Lake.
We have been in constant contact with Greater Sydney Parklands about this terrible event. A fenced off area has been erected around the ramp on the north western edge of Kippax Lake, allowing all birdlife access to grass in a protected area. We remind all dog owners, regardless of the size of their pet, that their dog must be on a lead within 10 metres of Kippax Lake. Rangers have been tasked to patrol the area more frequently.
We are told the dog was off leash and entered the water to attack the swan, and the owner of the dog made no attempt to intervene, and in fact walked away during the attack. A bystander had to enter the lake to separate the dog from the swan.
We applaud and commend the effort of this bystander to save the male swan from further injury. It is heartening to know of such compassion towards our wildlife, and we hope the overwhelming majority of our community shares these values.
We ask that you do not speculate on the identity of the owner or the dog breed in our comments; rather, if you witnessed the event please report what you saw to the authorities.

Washed the towels this morning and the back yard had three empty lines, i hung out the towels while i had another load of washing on, the hag downstairs washed her towels also but instead of using any of the two other free lines she hangs her all her towels amongst mine.

She is on the body corporate and she only half reads emails that are sent out so she ends up creating extra work when its not needed, she is a frustrating woman.

I have come across one of these creatures before. Situational awareness of an asian tourist in an amusement park but can spot a wheelie bin thats been left half an inch to close to the driveway from a mile away.
