ive repeatedly said 2014...which is 8 years ago, and the last time the crowd average was higher. ffs.
Slight gains are better than falling behind...particularly in this environment. The AFL havent caught 2008.
And a third had higher. dont forget that. total numbers are up as far as the evidence is concerned. They dont have tp be up hugely. hell the AFL had to change the criteria for membership to get raises.
And people will keep posting clowns in response. I never quite understood it before now.
If its gone up, then its not the worst NRL tv deal is it. And your a broken record, regardless of the post or context of thread you are referring to.
Do you consider yourself a leader here? Theres a handful of people like you. Literally, like three of you.
you picked out 6 years ago in your comment about crowds being up. they are static Given any level of significance in changing numbers. despite all the money the games spent crowds were not shifting in the immediaye years pre covid and havent yet. That’s not a plus for the games performance.
great so a third better, a third the same, a third worse? Wow that’s some achievement compared to when nrl where running memberships.
ah now you’re allowing yourself to be pulled down to the knuckle draggers inability to hold a sensible discussion. I think you’ll find basing your performance on your nearest competitor is a very common and logical thing to be doing. That we fall short in a number of areas is why people dont like doing it. I get that. Being shown your shortcomings is rarely a comfortable thing.
it is by far in terms of tv deals in the modern times the worse deal. It hasn’t gone down, wow is that really the measure of success? .Only the skynz part of the deal is any sort of outcome, the Australian parts are an absolute sht show.
I like to think I don’t tow the same line as the sycophants and denialists. doesn’t make me popular with some, but then people who refuse to sit in a box rarely are.
