And yet time and again we see players using it in the hope the bunker will find something which was missed in the lead up.

As an example, yesterday Mitchell Moses was tackled on the last, 10 metres out from the Tigers line adjacent to the posts.
Referee rules a turnover.
Moses challenges and an innocuous slap across the chops is identified, gifting the Eels 2 points to put them in the lead with ~3 minutes to go.

The decision which he can challenge is the decision to call held.
Not the lack of decision on the high shot.

Luckily it didn't cost the Tigers the match.

The NRL really needs to sort this shit out.
