The blame is not mutually exclusive, Auvv'a deserves everything he gets and Rothfield should have been balanced in his reporting and include all the facts instead of deliberately misleading people into thinking the NRL covered it up. The NRL followed a clear process in their code of conduct and don't deserve any of the blame.
