Read what I have posted above...there is even more to it, but cannot post on a public forum...believe what you want, but Millward has many things hampering his ability to compete with other clubs, I will leave it at that.

The Board changed the reporting structure when they made it so that Millward reports to the CEO. Under Bennett the recruitment manager reported to the head coach and under Price, Craig Young reported to the head coach however, when it was soon discovered that Mary did not have a clue, things were changed and right now Millward does not report to Mary.

As head coach, Mary has not got a clue and as recruitment officer Millward has not got a clue. What makes it all worse is that as CEO Johnston does have a clue but dances to the tune played by the old boys club.

Agree it's a mess...but the buck stops with the Board....They have facilitated the current coaches continual failure....Johnston has I.M.H.O been poor...millward is the least of our problems...but believe what you want....
