Yes and no. CEO Paul White already has one foot out the door (he's resigning and finishes up iirc towards the end of the season). Hence media reports have been that the Broncos intend to recruit a new CEO first before hiring a new coach. That's why there were reports a couple of weeks back about Ben Ikin submitting an application for the CEO job.
Hopefully Ikin gets the job and takes Kent to fill the tea lady position... and Fox puts two coherent hosts on 360.

They're taking the piss if they actually sign up Walters to coach. But god I hope they do.

Green is obviously the best available option, if they don't have the clout required to convince Bellamy to come north. 20 years ago they would have. These days, probably not.

NRL360 is the least of their problems.
Hodges, Roach, Walters, Anasta, Meninga are well before them.
Now I never thought Gasnier was a great commentator/analyst, but they seem to have shuffled him off and left even worse nuffies.

I think they can afford 1x NSW and 1x QLD nuffie at the join to provide some colour and so we can feel good about ourselvves, then they need to ensure a balance of quality non-players to quality ex-players.

I don't mind Cronk and Ennis, would like to some fresh talent tried out like Luke Lewis, James Graham (some of those northern Poms need to speak for a minute or two before I can pick up what they are saying though), Piggy Ridell, maybe some Kiwi's. I don't think Smith and DCE will have broad appeal, but someone like a Blake Green might be worth looking at in a few years.

I actually liked gaz, probably because he was the only one at the time not shitting on the eels. But atleast he tried to analyse game or situation . The way the rest talk I’m surprised they even played the game as they seem clueless.

Dont know about Ch9 as dont watch it but on Fox Ennis and Cronk are very good. Burgess is avg, Roach and Hodges are terrible.
James Graham would be good if he comes back next year.

I find it amazing he’s shocked that Brisbane has a toxic culture when he took the job in the circumstances he did.
I understand a lot of people don’t like Wayne but it was pretty poor treatment of a club legend in my opinion.
Exactly right - it’s like one of those relationships where a couple get together whilst both already married and therefore cheating on their existing partners. That new relationship always ends with one being shocked and outraged when they’re then inevitably cheated on!

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but I found it so odd that Bennett is being painted as sympathetic here. I don't know if I'm listening to the same interview, but I thought he came across as snide. His basic message was 'that's coaching. toughen up'

I got the feeling that he was laughing his head off as he caused alot of the problems. He seems to love that, screwing clubs up. Always pleads ignorance though

It’s funny how Seibold and White did basically everything possible to piss off all the old boys and then got miffed when the old boys got pissed off.

if you poke a Bear you can’t be pissed when it rips your arms off. That’s the nature of the beast.
