I think Mateo is more pathetic than plod. Every now and then he pulls something out that reminds us of how good he can be. He has a bit of dynamic about him. Just he's first picked in the lazy xvii.

He's lucky to even hold his spot in the Panthers backline. Scoring tries outside of a great centre doesn't make you the form winger. It just means he is not completely incompetent at his job.

You give any winger at Penrith the same run outside of Dean Whare, and they score just as many tries if not more... he has been run down MANY times after linebreaks because he is too slow for a winger. Between him and Mansour we have a winger pairing that would get demolished by most front rowers for pace.
