You've been writing "your" in place of "you're" for years. Your knowledge of the English language is as shit as rugby league in England.
Then the ARLC will bankroll the team or admit the Brisbane Tigers/North Sydney Bears at short notice.
The NRL needs another club to remove the weekly bye. What the NRL needs is an expansion team that generates more capital for its existing clubs, stakeholders and players. A third Brisbane team is guaranteed to generate more revenue for the broadcasters because it'll be a ratings winner for Ch9 and Fox League. That will increase the value of the broadcast rights. Every player and club will benefit from having more money supplied by the broadcasters.
Although the club had made some promising signings, such as Rodney Howe and Robbie Kearns, the crushing $10 million debt that hung over the club (from having to pay the airfares for all visiting teams) at the end of the season led to Super League axing the Perth Reds on 1 October 1997.

Where was the club going to get $10m to pay its debt?
It wasn't going to get it from game day. The club only drew 8,700 to each game in 1997. Whatever its sponsors were providing wasn't enough to cover the cost of running the team.
What has the WA Gov done for RL since 1997?
It didn't bail out the Western Reds when they were crippled by a $10m debt.
It has not brought Perth Rectangular Stadium into the 21st century.
If it comes down to a "strong business case" them the Brisbane Tigers are light years ahead of every other candidate.
The Perth bid has very little going for it, TBH. The timezone factor makes it a liability to the broadcasters. Long flights will cost the ARLC a small fortune. Players won't enjoy flying across the country every fortnight. Only 4,000 players in the entire state. A terrible stadium with poor corporate facilities.
