Wow how did they manage to sellout when tickets represent ten percent of the average income per person in png
A cursory review of there Tiket Mastas site, shows that a) there is still tickets available and b) they are giving away a free ticket with every one sold

Hopefully png can reverse last weeks result like nz didYeah Western Stand Tickets are the only ones still available.
Just got myself a couple this morning.
All other parts are sold out.
Although outside the Ticket booth gates this morning a few scalpers were trying to flog off Eastern Stand tickets for half the price they paid for. I guess they can't sell at higher prices now and with kick-off only hours away they are cutting their losses and selling cheap.
What the f**k is this mate? Are you serious? I've never mentioned juniors or Cairns even once, why did you??
And Cafes??? 40 staff??? WTF are you on about?
Todays Telegraph going into PNG spin mode .. PVL must be calling in a favour for some postitive publicity … Bennett and Meninga both with optimistic quotes about their future today…
But not quite the optimism of PNG coach Justin Holbrook, who wants all games played in Port Moresby…”it would be huge to have a side play every second week, rather than a couple of times a year. it’s a great idea, absolutely, the stadium would be sold out straight away. Fans would be chasing the buses down the street to see the players”
Im in favour of all the games being played locally for ANY expansion side, but Im cynical around the “selling out every game straight away“ myth that is getting created around PNG … it’s one thing to turn out for a one off game and another to keep showing up when your team is likely getting lapped every game …
