PRS needs to an upgrade. A club will need a training base.

The WA Premier should ask V'landys whatbthe WA Gov needs to do to secure a licence.

If I was Peter Cumins I would look at sponsoring the Wests Tigers and offeriny to buy a small stake in the club. The Tigers need money. In exchange, Tigers could take 2-4 games to PRS each year. Both parties benefit.

Hull has 260-280k people. Anything less would mean it's failing to produce quality players.
