Do you not understand what quotation marks are for, or do you just forget everything that was said more than a post ago.

That's a quote from my starting position on the Macarthur Bulls-
Yeah they're f**ked, I'm not denying that.

But is that surprising when they've got the most overpriced tickets in the league, are openly antagonistic with what fanbase they do have, to the point of openly abusing them on social media, have sacked players as they walk onto the team bus to go to games, etc, etc.

They are easily the most farcically run professional sports team in Australia since the turn of the century, but if they were competently run they could be successful.

It’s ok to admit you were wrong about the dolphins rather than just keep going with these contradictory posts

It's ok to admit that you have been objectively proven wrong on every single one of your points in this thread instead of continuing on with this pigeon chess.

Don't waste your breath.

Read the last paragraph
59% of respondents are open to it, you guys are like the broncos fans when the dolphins were touted, got those rose colored glasses on, got them blinkers on.

"Despite their oppressive depth in North Queensland Cowboys country, 59 per cent of respondents said they would still support the hypothetical new team"

Why split the already small market up there?
Cowboys have developed their following in the region over the past 25-30 years and deserve to keep it.

It'd be an incredibly dumb move. Took cowboys years to be viable. They've finally got there with by building one of the bigger corporate support levels in the NRL. Why youd put that at risk with adding another team into the small regional area would begger belief. But hey this rugba league. Anything's possible!

It’s normal once a club grows enough

Cronulla from dragons area
Penrith from parra
haha using Cronulla and dragons as examples. Its literally the worse outcome you could have chosen. Between them they pull as much FC revenue as some clubs on their own.

Brisbane isn’t comparable to FNQ.
I don’t need to explain why.
No you really do. He thinks two small regional cities is comparable to introducing two clubs into Brisbane or Western Sydney. He needs all the help he can get.

Lets take a quick look at the success of regional NRL clubs shall we?
Newcastle went bust
Wollongong had to merge
Gosford came and went
Gold Coast failed, many times
Cowboys struggled for a decade and had to be bailed out. Finally turned it around and now viable.
Canberra survived on pokies

But yeh cannibalizing the Cowboys sounds a great idea!
