Well seeing as thes players played for AUS I reckon barring injury these are certainties, and thus probably will not play city country.

He is the incumbant and the captain
although farah might be playing well
Buderus has been solid for the knights, and has done nothing to lose his spot

He has been NSW 18th man in the past..
Is he in the calculations? Would be right in mine..

On form yes..however people have to remember for the 1000th time that rep sides are very rarely picked on form. Most likely the fullback will be Minichello or Brett Stewart as a outsider, Gidley will be on the bench probally.

the team you posted is quite a realistic chance - but it would be beaten by qld imo.

Who exactly? I'd have Ryan in the 2nd row and Maitua at lock, with Bird on the bench.

Bird, Ryan (He will most likely be lock with Hindmarsh and Mason in secondrow), Tongue, Hoffman, Creagh, Gallen etc.

I personally beleive all of them have been in better form than Maitua.

Tongue- you kidding me right, as much as R69 will have a dummy spit at best he is a city/country rep.
Creagh- possibly doesn't help the dragons are crap!
Gallen- bird is far better and is 2 games back from injury

I would have something like this:

1. Minichello- he'll be there
2. King
3. Lyon
4. Cooper
5. Tahu
6. Carney
7. Kimmorley- f**k there is no one else!
8. Mason
9. Buderus
10. Kite
11. Hindmarsh
