So 4 is the magic number?
There is no magic number. It's mathematically possible to lose every game, no matter how remote the chances. It's possible to flip a coin a million times and have it land on heads every time. But it just doesn't happen.

Suppose we're only good enough to win 11 games this year. How many straight wins or losses is possible in 24 games? The answer is 11 and 13. But it's unlikely.

So how has Des got Manly firing? They’re worse off than us, with far more injury concerns...and yet they play with attitude, commitment and skill level far beyond the team list they are trotting out each week.

Because his name is Des and not Brad.

I blame Gutherson, this prick held these dumb asses to ransom, hence the resigning of bloody Arthur, and how good had Clint been going ever since? Not very!

No it wasn't. All that was evident was that there was a massive problem in the group. We made some changes and that appears to have been fixed.
LOL!!

The problems seem to have appeared the last 3 weeks. And it must be the group it couldn’t be the fraud coach huh??

The new 2019 excuse is we are inexperienced and keep playing strong rosters who spend more on their teams than we do.

If only Bea Arthur game plans were as half as creative as Pou.

Sivo,Dylan Brown and Nathan Brown can stay, everyone else needs to be sent packing ASAP

Well thankfully we are not stuck with some of the losers from last night for 2020+.

Penrith won it up the middle in attack and superior line speed. Comes down to desire and most of the team last night “tried too hard” as Darius would say. :frowning2:

Three straight losses isn't the end of the world, especially when the last two were close. All that matters is how many we've won at the end of the season.

Have you considered that 2 of the 3 losses were against teams struggling, and that one has been absolutely diabolical?

I was very concerned at the Melbourne game, but the past two have been fifty fifty affairs. If you flipped a coin twice and it landed on tails both times you'd be mad to think there's something wrong with the coin.

Though we have a lot of players off contract and most of them won't have their futures sorted until late in the season. We probably lack the leadership group to keep them focused.

50/50 affairs? Gotta be happy with that!
