Raiders are a good chance if they can get some form on the road. 2 points on the ladder will seperate 4th and 7th.

Dogs season is f**ked, as is Sharks, Cowboys and Newcastle.

All those picking the Tigers to finish 2nd should remember 2007
The side was 4th or so and ran home with 5 from 7 at home
And still missed the 8
You all forget the influence the coach and his beyond geniused methods can have on good things

This year is different, we have lost 1 game since the Souths game.

And have scored 20 points twice since then (Newcastle) where we got 2 tries in the last 3 minutes and the Warrriors who gave up. Our attack is up the f**king spout and our coach is playing fuhrer with his only halfback because he missed a sponsor's lunch. He's a prick and we'll get done tonight and struggle to make the 8 on the back of his selections like Fitzy, skandalis at 52 and no lui whilst he moves half the side around.

Craig Coleman would get our side into the 4 and we'll most likely miss the 8 with this f**king gimp pulling the strings

We're on 24 points. A win tonight would make it extremely unlikely for us to miss the finals.

28 Will most likely be the cut-off. Remember that 9th place in any other year will be good enough this year.
I feel that 7th-10th will be separated by two points at most, and a 9th and maybe 10th will miss out on for and against.

And the Eels only won their last two games because of the Cowboys and Panthers rubbish defence? Well I see the Dogs let in 36 last week, and couldn't win with everything going for them.

1. Dragons
2. Panthers
3. Tigers
4. Warriors
5. Roosters
6. Eels
7. Rabbitohs
8. Broncos

9. Sea Eagles
10. Titans
11. Raiders

I'd probably like to reserve judgement after this weekend - I think whoever wins Friday between Dogs and Eels is a moral for 7th or 8th.

If the Raiders somehow manage to do the impossible and make the finals, I sincerely hope our first match is against the Dragons. Would be nice to get a finals win for a change.

Cant believe people are tipping Souffs to make the eight. They are finished

Agreed. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I just don't think they have the required mentality to win the close games. I don't think they can pick themselves up enough to make it to be honest.

If Canberra make the eight they will be battle hardened because we still have St George, Penrith, Brisbane and Melbourne to play.

The loss to Souths is more than likely the one we couldn't afford to drop.

Next game against the Warriors will be defining for Souths, but also an early return of Luke as has been tipped could be enough to see them scrape through to the 8th spot. They do have a tough run home though.

Can't see the chooks beating anyone else but the Sharks in their run to the finals. Their attack is ok, but against the better teams, their defense will be their demise and the Eels left it for just too late, hence my choice for the Rabbits...

Loss of Luke came at the worst time for them. They're probably a year off, I think next year they could be very good but you need a year to gel together.

Obviously a decent half inbetween Luke and Sutton would help.

I love watching the Raiders play when they're on. That first half yesterday was diabolical!

I don't think they'll pull the miracle. They lack consistency though and their calendar is too tough to get more than 4 out of 7, which would put them on 26 points...
