We are no hope at the present moment when we have people running the club not willing to do all it takes to win a premiership.

Well in all seriousness i think we will win one eventually then I can live the rest of my life with satisfaction.

I doubt it will be in the BA era. He should be gone in a few years. No lunatic organisation keeps a coach for 15 years when they have won nothing.

The tide has to turn at some point.

But our coach gave the co-captaincy to a player who is happy to trundle the ball up to the line, throw a stupid pass, and be defensively inefficient.

And go box in the off-season, because why the f**k not?

Incidentally, why is the club allowing him to box in the off-season? If he were to suffer a serious injury...

I suppose that's the rationale - it keeps them fit.

But there's a lot of risk attached to it - I don't think it's worth it.

Completely agree if they cop some bad head knocks during the fight or even in training it will impact us next year.

I thought it was a little myopic of the club to allow this.

And it would surely be an insurance nightmare - what would happen if RCG, or Paulo, were ruled out for the season, because if a head injury they received while boxing?

The NRL probably would not give us cap consideration and we would be down a prop but as long as they get that small payday....

Probably allows our conditioning staff to be reduced to casual status. Money saved. Win/win.
