President Trump. Year of the underdog powering on.

Oh yeah, absolutely hilarious Reefy ... you're as ignorant as the angry mobs in the Rust Belt states who think Trump is going to get their manufacturing jobs back. You are completely deluded if you think Trump's victory is a good thing for Australia.

This pretty much sums it up :
The final and overarching fear, though, is for the world. Mr Trump’s win means uncertainty about America’s future strategy in a world that has long relied on the United States for stability. But Mr Trump’s capacity to destabilise is almost limitless. His military, diplomatic, security, environmental and trade policies all have the capacity to change the world for the worse. Americans have done a very dangerous thing this week. Because of what they have done we all face dark, uncertain and fearful times.

If he starts talking to Russia -eliminates TPP - pulls troops from illegal wars - exposes man made CC BS - how in the F@k can this "hurt" the world..........let alone Australia!!
Keep it up Guardian - you have stuff all readers now - soon you'll have none!

The balanced Q&A. Tonight we have 45% coalition supporters 35% labor etc .
We then get a debate on boats and illegals .Panel apart from Jones,3 vehemently opposed to stopping boats ,1 for.
Then the audience provides loud round of applause when one of the 3 makes a point.Solitary pro stopping boats' member gets little applause.Even Jones supposedly neutral shows his colours at times.

If any gullible person believes that is the true make up of the audience, then I'm a nuclear physicist.

I'm starting to worry that Trump Change will be about as cheerful as Obama Change!
His Intending pick for Sec of State, of war monger Bolton, who would like to bomb the shirt out of Iran, gives us hope of change from US cowboy mentality, I don't say!

Is that anything like believing Trump qualifies as an underdog 'cos he only get one lousy million from from his cheapskate old man?

Trump I really couldn';t give a stuff, he was elected by the electoral state voting system. We live with it.
He was painted the under dog with no hope by just about every media outlet in the States (most of which left wing).Even those within his own party thought he was a goner with his sexism and dirty language.
You only have to look at the reaction of the Democrat faithful .,when the counting neared the end.

They and money abuser Hillary thought its was a lay down.

The Yanks had two candidates I wouldn't vote for in a fit, that sums up my feelings.Bit like when Gillard got in .
