AT 0-4, any asada news will be like water off a ducks back... who cares.

Great call.

Of the 4 guys who it allegedly surrounds 1 is in Europe, one is injured, one is fat as a fool and playing well below his best and the other has, probably, been your best player this year.

Its really only one player that would have any effect on in your squad.

Rubbish. The last thing we need is the fat fool and the injured one charged. 6 months wouldn't be ideal but 2 years , the injured one may as well retire.

2 years?

They would need photo's with the syringe in their arms to get away with issuing a 2 year ban.

I reckon asada are currently working on how they are going to save face without having their asses dragged through court.

Take it as read that the investigators have put together a very very strong but still circumstantial case.

The Lawyers want to go hard at it, but there's no smoking gun, so to speak.

The whole thing was only ever about the former govt scoring points in the polls when they were a disaster.

ASADA have only been doing their job. No one in there was of the belief it was anywhere near what the ACC and the Pollies made out. They are the real pricks in all of this - not ASADA.

Andruska wanted her 15 minutes and now, conveniently, she is retiring. The Public Servants with a political agenda and huge ego's are the ones that should be aimed at.

Frenzy.

Its Friday people and what do i see NOTHING, its week 60 ASADA, 60 bloody weeks.

And as the song from Monty Pythons Life of Brian, Always look on the Bright Side of Life

Nothing will come from Nothing, and yes ASADA that is all you have is nothing, the problem is how do you announce that.

What a press conference we welcome you hear to today, we like to announce that we have NOTHING, bring the press conference on.

I think the case against the politicians was made a long time ago. We all know they came out with the darkest day bullshit thus declaring all Australian sport was potentially tainted. They besmirched our athletes and should be held to account.

However Mr and Mrs average Shark supporter want closure. ASADA have had enough time to give them that surely?

The fans are the biggest losers in all this and deserve better treatment from these public servants who are assured of a healthy pay packet each week and lots of other perks.

Get off your fat arses and finish this thing!

Pretty sure that they said it would be finalised by the end of March.. Yep nothing as usual, obvious stalemate going on. There could be no possible reason for any further inquiry, query, checking, consulting judges etc f**king etc.

Such a farce.

Which March?

This was dated 4th Feb

Infraction notices may still be issued against NRL and AFL players while former Federal Court judge Garry Downes is reviewing details of the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority's 12-month investigation into doping allegations in both codes.
With this week marking the one-year anniversary of the February 7 press conference dubbed ''the darkest day in Australian sport'', the federal government has appointed Downes to help bring the exhaustive but so far inconclusive investigation to a speedier conclusion.
However, beyond an April deadline for Downes to finalise his report, no date has been fixed for the end of the investigation and Fairfax Media was told that ASADA would proceed as normal in its investigations, which have focused heavily on events at Cronulla in 2011 and Essendon in 2012.
