So Andruska , once aware of the leaks called in Deloittes & AFP to find the leaks.
This says one thing to me. The media reports were accurate.
it also says mountains about somebody I thought was a scumbag left leaning political animal. Good on her

Which "somebody" are you referring to?

Someone within ASADA was leaking info, it's blatantly obvious.

Cant you read what has happened?
ASADA werent leaking the information. Andruska knew this was going to be said about the organisation whilst under her watch.
So the feds were called in. Deloitte for forensics.
surely is dead right. Somebody who "held a position" was teh one leaking.
ASADA have been cleared, it wasnt them. Who got ASADA's information? Who had much to gain with the paper talk?
2 people. One party.

Asada what kinda of an organization is it whan the person in the centre of these events hasn't even been interviewed by this mob, so much for Asada and it's so called powers.

ASADA probe ends without Stephen Dank's input:

The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority has completed its investigation of the AFL and NRL without speaking to Stephen Dank, the central figure in the drama at Essendon and Cronulla.
Dank, the controversial figure who oversaw the supplements programs at the Bombers in 2012 and Cronulla the previous year, told Fairfax Media on Wednesday he had not been contacted by ASADA officials.

Ok, gotcha.

What I meant by ASADA leaking is they must've told someone who told someone leaked the info. The persons you mention would've had the right to obtain the info & the reason to broadcast it.

Yeah, good call techno whizz.
Maybe you could detail how that is done, with each service provider in Australia? I'd be very interested in hearing this as I am a keen techno security follower.

Youse will have to wait until me and 'me' best mates the QC, and the State Wide Manager of a large Banking Corp are having our morning coffee with.

I'll get back to 'youse'

(pssssts, I say, I say, the kids as sharp as a pound of wet leather)

Andruska said former Federal Court judge Garry Downes would assist the authority in this process. "His role largely is to look at the evidence we have and to determine from his position whether or not the evidence is sufficient to take cases forward."

hahaha fa faaahk saaaaake. How can you take cases forward without interviewing the main player?? Won't stand up in court if infraction notices are issued somehow.

Unbelievable.

If he told the media that, then it must be true.

So, can someone (smarter than me .. if possible ) please answer this question.
Does the Club and coach and all those people involved have a case for defamation should this ASADA stuff come to nothing.

I am not an expert on the law...obviously.
However ....I am not alone when I say I find it extremely odd that they didn't interview Danks.
To me that says
1) they do not have enough evidence and can only abandon the entire thing
or
2) The actual law somehow lets them suggest/get blokes convicted without needing a positive blood/urine tests or questioning the main player in all of this.

Dragging this on for over 12 months and no one found guilty probably done more damage than a few bans a year ago.

Essendon paid a fine they can afford. Got an acceptable replacement coach. No player bans. Facing upcoming season with some optimism. Contrast us.

Don't worry Carch there are a lot of brilliant Criminal minds in our very own forum. And some have some very high profile contacts.

I am sure someone will answer your question soon.

It might not be correct but someone will.
