We need to try & jag a few wins to stay in touch with the 8. If we get past this drawn out shit fight, we may still have time to scrape into the 8. On paper, we have a team that can go places in the semis if we are in form. That's a big IF though!!!

Why do you keep saying they have nothing? Do you know something everyone else doesn't? If so, share it?

I have been told that ASADA have phone taps, emails, stock and order sheets and testimony from Elkin that prove sharks players used substances on the WADA banned list in their case against us. Credible press reports substantiate that. Actions from the board in sacking staff tell us that there is a case and then the upholding of those actions by the auditors further reinforce that. They have evidence, the only question is the strength of it. But again, tell me how you think they have nothing.

If ASADA produce just 1 phone tap of a Cronulla player doing something completely legal, even if it is a WADA banned substance, then the entire investigation is over.
If ACC pass just 1 phone tap, of a cronulla player, doing something completely legal, even if the substance is on the WADA banned list, onto the ASADA panel that decides infringements, it is game over for the investigation.
ACC cannot pass information on to other government organisations unless their is clear criminal activity.
