If he appeals to the District Court he may get longer. I've seen that many times with certain Judges.

That's not possible in this instance the district court is bound by the jurisdictional maximums of the local court and he's already been given the maximum. Also if a judge is considering increasing a person's sentence they're required to warn them that may happen. Almost everyone takes the hint and withdraws their appeal.

He will probably take action against the club. Only reason he became a one punch and one stomp coward was because of the supplements he was on that made him aggressive when mixed with alcohol.
