As an aside, the punching rule is ridiculous.

No problem suspending or sending someone off if they’re the instigator, but if you’re punched or provoked with an elbow, it’s entirely reasonable to respond.

Black & white rules are always silly. Each situation is different and should be judged on its merits.

Yes they’ve played on the same side plenty. Our hot run in 16 had them together on the right side.
