I agree with you there Doyen. Really need to get the boys throwing the ball around. There were some good signs in the Charity Shield and even in the trial against the Titans.

I think Madge isn't against offloading so long as we've got a good lead. He loves the grind we can get into and by the 50th minute if we've got a good enough lead we'll start chucking the pill around.

Only problem is sometimes you've gotta throw the ball when there's a deadlock and Madge sometimes fails to see that. It's a bit worrying that some of our forwards i've never seen offload like the Burgess twins, Tyrrell and Turner. Really need them to start doing that.

The only other forward outside of Sam that I've noticed with the nous to be creative is Brown! I would definitely have him in the side.

If Sam is the only one with the licence to unleash he will be heavily marked & smashed every time he touches the ball.

We need to streamline our pack too ala Broncos----I'm not sure the Burgess twins can handle the pace at 120 kgs!!

I honestly can't remember any other player,other than Brown,off-loading the ball to our advantage.

2014 is ancient history now---2 full seasons ago.

We need to encourage forwards,other than Sam,to be creative.Otherwise we'll be very predictable.

We will rely heavily on GI to make things happen.

Carter is a terrific little player with plenty of skill---& toughness!!

He needs a licence to display his SKILLS without fear of retribution if he slips up occasionally!

Thought this was the best thread to talk about this topic in.

Just wanted to say how bad it is that we're using the NRL font for numbers on jerseys. It looks so tacky with the small chunky numbers and NRL inside them. Such a small nitpick but im very disappointed.

We need Cook to be allowed to offload, Carter, Sutto, Grevs, Clark to ball play a bit like he has been and Brown too.

We can still use the bash and barge but Madge needs to have some variety like I side.

Interesting that you're not the only one that says that about Brown, what I like about Brown and Carter though is that they bring energy to the team.

I can, Sutto and also in the trials Clark ball playing too at times and he set GI up.

I have the same opinion re Brown R95.

Once George, Grevs are back I wouldn't have Brown in the side. I'd have him 19th man.

Clark has improved ball playing and has an offload in him too. Maybe Madge just wants Clark to ball play at times and not offload!!!!

He's slipped up too much with ball control in the trials. Been very good with hard hitting defence though forcing other team into error.
