CANBERRA will today stand down aces Bronx Goodwin (left) and Todd Carney over claims one urinated on a reveller while the other lashed out violently at a bar.
The Daily Telegraph
CANBERRA will this afternoon stand down indefinitely two of its star players - Todd Carney and Bronx Goodwin.
The Raiders are investigating claims Carney urinated on a reveller and Goodwin lashed out violently in separate late-night incidents on Sunday.
The accusations came as the Bulldogs were also embroiled in claims of loutish behaviour by players in a Sydney club on the same night.
Goodwin is alleged to have struck two men outside an establishment in the Canberra suburb of O'Connor called All Bar Nun.
Carney, it has emerged, is alleged to have urinated on a fellow patron at the same bar.
Police will interview both players tomorrow.
The pair will not train and or play until the investigation is concluded.
