If you don't try to understand the game you never will. You'll just remain angry and frustrated with it.There is absolutely no context on why Bushie Jr should be anywhere near first grade none. But it’s cute to see you try and twist it anyway. Very exciting even!!

We conceded another try after halftime, so no. Jake Arthur had nothing to do with any of the momentum shifts. The main changes were the scorelines. At 26-12 we dropped off (and the Titans fired up) and once we were behind (28-26) we switched back on. This is proved by the change in our defence. But go and blame the bloke whose side of the field wasn't getting torn apart. So Jake being there made us hold onto the ball better?? Nothing to do with the Rev up they copped at half time??? Poumantics.
Matterson to centre, Blake to wing. Stone / Maka / Kaufusi play extra minutes in the middle. No disruption to our halves.OK I'll bite. So 4 forwards on the bench yesterday and Rein was #17. Russell is out at 35th minute. Who plays where for 45 minutes ?
Who am I throwing under the bus? I already said Dylan Brown is a better player than Arthur. If I was picking the side next week it would be:I love how Pou is happy to throw one of our players under the bus to try and prove a point, this time it’s Brown. But he doesn’t do scapegoats lol.
The key question. Matterson and Cartwright aren't backs. They shouldn't be defending in the three widest positions. Neither should Marata Niukore.Which utility back should have worn the 17 jumper ?
At the ground it was quite obvious that the Tits fancied themselves going wide with their speed. We were lucky to have Dylan and Penisini out wide to shut down their raids. Did you notice that and do you think that Matterson could have handled it ? Campbell was slippery AF and merkins like Kelly and the two wingers were hard to handle.Matterson to centre, Blake to wing. BA injured him by overloading him and playing him too young and playing him too early coming back from injury!Who am I throwing under the bus? I already said Dylan Brown is a better player than Arthur. If I was picking the side next week it would be:
2. Blake
4. Opacic
6. Drown
17. Arthur
Jake Arthur is there for injury cover, just like he was yesterday. His dad didn't injure Sean Russell ffs
Which utility back should have worn the 17 jumper ?
I can't. He does things so slowly like when corey Pearson thought he was our halfbackI think there is a footy player in the making in Jake Arthur, but he is not ready yet.
Lol, so you even know what’s going on in the players heads now?? What’s said at halftime?? Our attack went to shit once he came on that’s a fact. Sure we defended better but you would hope so when we have over 60% of the ball.We conceded another try after halftime, so no. Jake Arthur had nothing to do with any of the momentum shifts. You seem to be tad fixated about Arthur. Who would have been a better 17th man ?Ja isn’t a utility
I reckon he would have done a good enough job. Matterson would have been on the left. Titans were tearing apart our right side defence. (Papalii, Moses, Penisini and Simmonsen). He has played left centre before plenty of times at the Roosters, both starting and off the bench. At the ground it was quite obvious that the Tits fancied themselves going wide with their speed. He scored a try in the corner ffs.People who are convinced Blake is a genuine winger need to look how he runs. Ask Penrith fans. That attempt in corner when he jumped 5 mtrs in air was laughable.
I didn't say there was no kicking, I said there was barely any kick pressure. This meant the same bloke could do all the kicking even though everyone knew who would be getting the ball on the last. The only time there was consistent pressure was for field goals. You’re playing with your piddle stick. Sterlo and Lewis built substantial careers on their kicking.
He's not a 14, he's a 7. Actually yesterday he was a 17.Jake Arthur might make it in first grade but he is nowhere near ready yet. His defense can be awful at times and he looks like he is scared shitless. He is also needs to bulk up a lot if he wants to be a 14.
He played centre when he was 22 and fancied himself as a 5/8. He's now 27 and built like a brick shithouse. You really think that he has the lateral movement and fast feet to play centre better than Dylan ?I reckon he would have done a good enough job. Matterson would have been on the left. Titans were tearing apart our right side defence. (Papalii, Moses, Penisini and Simmonsen). He has played left centre before plenty of times at the Roosters, both starting and off the bench.
