Have a look how we are scoring those tries and also when.
Its based on wearing sides down with brut power. Steam rolling them. This works against weaker sides. They just are not fit enough to go with you. Hits the 60th minute and you lay on 2 or 3 quick trys. Blow out.
But your smart and better sides match the power and then out skill you. It is also very hard to play this physical type of footy every week.

Come finals we can turn it up and go full power. If Moses and Mahoneys kicking games on they still can win the comp imo. But my worry is our forwards will burn out.

Teams have awaken to our set move to Papali'i also. We need more options.

Our defense on the Fergo/Blake side just constantly gets opened. Blake isn't great but Gergo also is at fault. IMO the guys a has been and completely done. I am open to trying Waqa on the wing and that's based in his Aerial threat along with the fact he has speed and power. He also has another 2yrs on a lot of money so it is in our best interest to get him firing and part of the 17.

I also like the unpredictability of W.Smith in the side. If its 14 that's fine but I would genuinely consider him starting. Very cheekie player. Defenses hate asking these types. D.Brown might be the answer at centre.
Now one guy I also would be open to is Milford. He needs a change and is still an extremely talented footballer. At the right price a mid season swap might be what both sides need.

It doesn't matter how or when you score, what matters is that you score.

As I said a coupla weeks ago, we aint a pretty side, we're a f**king tough side, lucky for us rugby league is a f**king tough game, so we'll win far more than we lose this year.

As for Milford, he's the last player we'd want for our structure, he's a f**king cat.

Oh yeah?
Keep in mind I am probably the best judge of rugby league then any other person on here. I've been telling everyone for weeks we have just bashed garbage sides and do not play any footy. We lack speed and skill and good sides will expose us.
BA needs to make changes otherwise it will get to late in the season.
And how does gutherson playing 5/8th solve that? .... if our roster is poo, then so be it. Movinggutho from his best position to somewhere he wont do any better at wont do diddly

like Dylan, I think it is the plan not to give Dbags or Jarthur the ball and just let moses run the show.

Unless it is Mahoney who's doing it on his own accord.

The lack of 2nd phase is also hurting us. I mean controlled 2nd phase.

I tell you who i reckon has been real disappointing is Matto. I dont think he is origin quality just doesn't break the line enough for a edge backrower for me. If he gets picked for NSW it would be a bradbury due to everyone being unavailable.

What blew me away was that most of our guys just took the wrong option with ball in hand every time. When Gutho should’ve passed, he kicked. When Moses should’ve run, he went for the long pass. When Sivo should’ve passed, he took the tackle (and dropped it). When Bryce should’ve taken the tackle, he tried for a hero kick. Not often you end up with a conglomeration of such shit options, but that was the theme of the whole game.

This is the hineyrulz we all know, but you've mellowed out somewhat.
I watched Penrith the game before, no one is beating them this season so if we plod around to to finish 4 or 5th is a shithouse comp it doesn't really matter or mean much. We are just making up the numbers as usual.

Moses was a lot better than Arthur. Moses problem is that he is on his own. I wasnt even aware Arthur was playing most of the game.
Arthur was in front of us taking the kick offs. He was shitting bricks. He'll be better for these 3 weeks but he was a dead set passenger today. Bring Dylan back ASAP.

Injuries are a leveler. Just ask Roosters and Faders. Never say never.

But, what, he takes the credit by way of a paycheck when good things happen.
All those things you list ed are his fault because he doesnt teach good attack.
He earns his paycheck by getting his squad to meet expectations over the course of a full season. He earns a raise by getting them to overachieve. If they underachieve in consecutive seasons he will get the sack.

But not in the first half. The Moses long ball to Fergo, Bryce’s stupid nothing kick on the 4th, and Gutho’s half-chip to Sivo were all in the first half when we were even or only down by a score.

Anyway, I think (hope) today was an aberration. But we did ourselves no favours whatsoever with that stuff.

What it does demonstrate is that we’re not good chasing. We’ve only really had to chase points all season in the first round against the Broncos, and I still think that first half was very much out of the ordinary. But we seem to struggle with patience when we’re running from behind.
