Watching Barrett’s interview before the game with commentary, my god he is uninspiring.
I have absolutely no idea how he would motivate anyone. He responds to every question with “yeah mate” and strikes me as someone who is still one of the boys!

I'm not sure the personality he presents to the media, is the same as the personality he presents to his players.
