Agreed. Moses has a lot to offer when he’s firing, but I think long term, Dylbro needs to be the dominant half if we preserve with the pairing.

Totally agree.

Dylbro made some errors, but he looked far more dangerous than Moses.

Moses has been average since he returned from his injury, imo - I wonder if his calf is still troubling him?

Brown was terrible tonight, good last week and below average the previous few weeks. The last thing he needs is to be directing the team. Moses had his best season ever last year because he was running the show and getting the ball when he wanted it . He needs to get back to that.

The other thing is we rarely attack inside our own half anymore. Its just up the middle 9/10. Very predictable

He was garbage. Mahoney had a cracker. His kicking game sublime.

I also believe that the wet weather doesn't suit the squad we have - we play big, strong, mobile forwards, who get bogged down in the wet.

But our biggest issue was that Moses looked lost at sea on the last tackle tonight - some of his options were very poor.

I am hoping it's a lack of match fitness, and nothing more.

He had 19 runs that weren't kick returns, including half a dozen hit ups.The wingers are in the team to run the ball. Gutherson has enough on his plate.

He was here for one more in his favour and threatened to leave so we caved. He has been pretty bloody good this year but he will only continue to slow down.

Their distinction between normal runs and hit ups is unreliable. I saw Gutherson take plenty of runs one off the dummy half. I felt like I spent the whole game yelling at the TV to make Gutherson give it to someone better. He made nearly double the runs of the next highest contributors.

What context do you think I'm missing? I watched the same game as you. I saw Gutherson make loads of runs. Far more than anyone else in the team.

The bloke just equaled the record for the most metres ever run by a player in a single game, and that’s apparently stats padding. You’re a hard taskmaster. I think he was the only back in our team worth feeding tonight.
