You would swear we lost by 70 with the carry on.

Cows are full strength have about 8 origin players.

Been bashed in the penalty count and missing 4 key players.

The issue I have with tonight’s performance was the effort King. Cartwright, Penisini, Gutho and perhaps Moses were all trying there guys out. Most others were phoning it in.
I feel sorry for Lane, but TBH, I think Davey is better on the left edge in defence going forward.

Tough road to the finals for us here.

Our defence will improve out of sight in 2 weeks with Dyl returning. His left edge talk and organising of the D will definitely help.
Might be too little too late though.

We probably need to win 2 out of 3 from the Storm Broncos and Panthers games.

I still think we make it if we beat the teams we should beat (Roosters and Dragons) and score an upset against one of the three good teams.

Difficult to understand the nervous nellies who come out when there is a loss to bash the team, the coach and just moan.

down players, Atkins referee, never stopped trying agst the form team of the NRL. Always hard when you lose, but the boys never gave in, kept going to the end, Cowboys at full strength and at home, with the full force of the Foxtel knob gobblers on their side , and we lost 4 tries to 3. Penalties and 6 agains massively to the Cowboys and no credit to the team .

Still very proud of our guys. Ref did us no favours. A few plodders out there but Moses, Gutherson, Carty and Penisini were great out there.

Thought Russell played tough. I’m not too fussed with that loss, we had a real dig.

Blake and Asi are shithouse.

I lost it with Blake tonight. Apart from one smart play towards the end, where he allowed the opposition to catch a bomb and then take him over the sideline, he was shiiiiit.
That play where he got tackled on the last, after having STOPPED running, was disgraceful. Never to play first grade again.

I also thought Lane was very very poor tonight in defence. Our left edge was a disgrace.

Very disappointed with our pack, once the Cowboys were down to 15 we should have run over the top of them. Paulo and Matto don't do enough.

however we are getting super low on troops. Lumelume to replace Waqa, (no choice really), Davey to replace Lane, Makatoa to replace Matto and Doorey into Davey’s bench spot.

He was rushed back just when Davey was aiming up. We panicked his selection. We're good at that.
