We've done quite OK considering where we've come from. We're not much chance of going anywhere in the finals, I've accepted that. Our time will come, and soon.

He’s hit the wall, they are kidding if they give him another year. I love what he has brought to the club but how he is keeping out like Blokes Kaufusi and Stefano is plain wrong.

I thought Brown was fine tonight. I feel like people forget he's like 12 years old...and he already has more of an ability to threaten the line than guys like Adam Reynolds.

He is good, no mistake.

The thing we lacked tonight was ball control and some luck from the ref nothing to do with effort / fitness .

We also don’t have much in the way of brains. 13 on 12 for 10 minutes. We were clueless during that time.

Exactly, Brisbane are bog average and they beat us because we don't know how to complete the fundamentals of the game. Since the Warriors game we look out of it in the last 15 minutes, you notice it so badly when you are watching them live, they just have nothing to give. That is unfit in my eyes!

How are they bog average? Every commentator had them as top 4 this year and potential premiers! They have several long term rep forwards in their pack!

His defensive work rate is quite poor. And tbh since he's been sent back to Wenty Stefano has easily outshone him from what I've seen.

I'd probably pick him personally but can see why we haven't.

In his last 3 games in first grade his attempted tackles per minute has been 0.94. That’s insanely high. Granted it was in limited minutes but he can only do what he can with the minutes he’s given.

I’m also not adverse to bringing Stefano in. We need something different off the bench.

Mannah needs to be drafted back into the 17

I feel like he's still adjusting from being a gun 20s player where his first thought was "run"...

But it's also not a bad problem to have, the kid has no fear of taking the line on or pushing deep into the defence before he passes.

D.Brown and Mahoney will be far improved next season. People forget we have a young spine. 2 rookies and 2 x 24ylds.
Mahoney will be an 80min hooker next year. I am not bothered by a 14 on the bench to cover him.

Big Stefano and Kafusi will play plenty next season. Manu will be replaced easier then guys think. Yeah he tore the Titans up but the last 2 weeks he hasn't offered a lot. Next year he may slow down even more. Good time to let him go.

I thought Salmon offered more tbh. I am not seeing a huge step up with D.Brown playing. Salmon looked a little more confident if anything.

I seriously doubt it, not while we have blokes like Tep and Alvaro to Plod it up.

Moses has been shit for two weeks now. Really shit and Brown isn't much better. He is standing too flat footed.

Jennings is also done. They need to show him the door.

Yep and teams are working him out when he’s flat - Rush up on him and the edge sencond rower pressuring both of them into errors or hospital balls. It’s working too.

I thought Mahoney did well tonight. Paulo and Evans were massive up front and Sivo is the man.

Our halves were poor though, as was our bench. I thought Gower was definitely a lock for another year but I’m starting to think he’s done. Age creeps up very quickly.

We need better options than Peni and Gower on the bench. Hopefully Stefano and Kaufusi have a big off season and they can take their places, or we recruit another middle such as RCG or Arrow. However, Fifita should be our absolute priority (even if it’s from 2021).

Yep!! Thought Alvaro was good and Taka offers some energy towards the end.

But reckon we are moving manu / Gower on at the right time.

We definitely need a bench hooker.

When Brown comes back, I would start Alvaro with Evans / Marata on the bench - those should allow our bench to offer something. Taka can come on for Manu sometime and give Manu some minutes in the middle in the last 20-30 or so.
