That improved us with sivo being out.

Unless he is 10m out from the tryline he is worthless.

Dunster must have been told to bend his back more and not stay upright when taking the ball back as his carries were a lot better last night and digged into the defensive line better.

I remember the penrith game where he just got rag dolled wasnt the case last night.
Also used his agility and footwork to avoid the teeth of the defence, something Gutherson and Sivo struggle to do.

Just reflecting on yesterday’s game. Probably one of the best Parra team performances in a long time. And then I wonder why is it that we can’t be on that Level more consistently? Because that type intensity, emotion and performance is what it takes to win the big games. And too often under BA we have not turned up for the finals. We have lacked that big game intensity and have just come out like it was a normal club game type of performance.

Hoping that BA finally has realised that the team being up for mental part of the game is just as important. Because if they play like that in the finals with that intensity, that’s Grand Final winning shit. And I never come out with those statements. I was so impressed with what I saw yesterday. Just need to replicate that.

So Grant got nothing for that tackle? That merkin could have snapped is leg. They are such a f**king grubby team.
yeah i thought that tackle was disgraceful ... you could see he was looking down, intending to hook the leg and put his weight on it ..... i suppose the NRL will wait until someone gets a broken leg before they do anything about it

Of course he realises it. It's whether or not he has them up for it that'll be the question.

Intensity and concentration are the hardest things to maintain, especially over the course of an entire season. With any luck we've had our period when we're not "on", with the shit we dished up over the last month or so.
