On paper, and if they play somewhere near to their individual abilities, a pack of Offa, Lussick (sigh), Paulo, Lane, Williams, Hopgood could be just as strong as anything we've had on the park in the last two seasons....

But they played like busteds last week against the Tigers, and I see nothing that indicates they'll do any better this week against the Dogs.

Williams is the only one whose efforts I'd applaud, Hopgood is trying but something's not quite right (playing through injury?), Offa is Offa, and the others have been phoning it in for too long.

If it isn’t already (trying to be positive) lose this game badly then season is gone..

Can’t see the current cattle winning more games than last year . Most of the teams outside the 8 last year look like have improved in either their roster or their coach (eg Bennett). Maybe cowboys and fins are a bit stagnant??

I didn’t think we could go backwards after 2023, but here we are

Flip side , if we get a good win today. Hopefully gives the group ton of confidence and further improvement

No idea what to expect

Will be good to see what Hawkins brings... but I don't think it will be hugely more than Volkman, and behind another beaten pack/lost middle, he and Ado-Carr (or Moses for that matter) aren't the adjustments that will pull us out of the rut.
