At least some if not all of those missed tackles would have been from him running up to put a shot on.

I like what Smith brings, have been watching the energy at dummy half when we have the ball, and his defence seems sound too.

Happy with some meathead (Lussick, probably better suited than Hands)) to soak up the first 30mins of heavy hitting, and then let Smith loose for the remaining 50mins.
