Hit the nail on the head though dyl is in defenceOn Lane and Brown and a few others, it seems that they aren't aware that the game continues if it isn't their run or if the attacker isn't running directly at them - there is no off the ball work or awareness!
Probably in front.I was at the game - and I agree with every single part of this...were you sitting behind me or something??

There was at least one set of six when the Bulldogs kicked downfield and Lane dawdled back onside just in time to chase our kick!
Having said that, there was effort and commitment and I has happy to be there for it.
On Brown, I have been ambivalent about him going now, but after today I am happy for him to go immediately, as he is just a drag on everything.
Yes I liked them.Is anyone else talking about how great our jerseys looked?
Is it really just T-Boon?
I am usually Mr Negative
But this is a big step forward.
Jr did say he was going to strip it back and seeing we no longer lead the offloads, i reckon that's the game planPedestrian attack. One out BA-style shit.
Better effort in defence, but we need to threaten the line in attack.
Our attack shouldn’t just revolve around offloads though.Jr did say he was going to strip it back and seeing we no longer lead the offloads, i reckon that's the game plan
Disappointed we lost, and I don't think the Dogs were anywhere near their best - but the effort was there.
There's some really positive things that came out of this game, imo:
- Lomax is superhuman
- Iongi is class, and will develop into a fine fullback
- Addo-Carr is great to have in the side
- Paulo had his best game in 3 years
- Hawkins is a very solid player, and did a good job at 7
With Simonson, and Matterson (if he ever gets fit) back in the team, we suddenly look much stronger.
Negatives for me are Ofahengaue (honestly, he's a waste of space), and our poor edge forwards.
That scum team is always looking to cheat...That impersonating a ref penalty was a good call. I likeed that. What did others thing? Dicsuss. Pissed as,
How did Offa play originAgree about JOffa, there’s a reason why he’s played for clubs that have always struggled. That’s because he is just shit. Really offers nothing other than breathing air on the field. Useless as tits on a bull.
Really like Iongi. But would like him to be lurking a bit more around the ruck waiting for an off load. Good fullbacks do that.
And you’re spot on regarding the rest.
Did offa play today??Disappointed we lost, and I don't think the Dogs were anywhere near their best - but the effort was there.

Hard to say after just one game but I think so.Will Hawkins play 6 when M.Moses is back or he goes back to the cup?
I reckon it was a bit suss how the eels doctor pulled off Paulo for HIA....interesting to see what comes of it...That scum team is always looking to cheat...
How did Offa play origin
I’m not sure. He doesn’t make great meters. He gets folded in half when he gets tackled but mostly Goes backwards when he’s tackled. I really am struggling to know what Brad Arthur saw on him before signing him from the 3 time wooden spooners the Tigers. Before that he was at the struggling Broncos when they got the spoon.
see here lies the problem. The fact that fans think that this standard of shit player deserves to be in the teams show how far we have fallen. The bloke at best is a reserve grade and offers absolutely nothing. Hopefully in time Ryles weeds him out as well.
