Im sorry I don’t see the hype on Kautoga. He looks out of place and last week he made 3 runs for 27 metres. This week I don’t really remember seeing him until midway through the second half.

Needs a stint in Reggie’s and I’d bring him back when Moses is back. For me he is the person walker replaces next week.

I think we are spending a big chunk of our time at training on defence

Getting those structures right, and we have been decent in a short time, with more improvement to come

Reckon we start balancing the attack at training when Moses is back, that will take time also

This season is a building block for Ryles in preparation for 2026.

Just hoping we can see good improvements as this year progresses , maybe even win more games than last year ??? At this stage that looks unlikey , but I have hope

Rough road ahead , in the short term at least

Got no issues with Iongi, long term he’ll be great. He’s going to have the odd mistake or rush of blood in him, he’s played 5 games…

he’s playing without either of the halves he spent the whole offseason training with (Dylan isn’t playing and contributing as much to the game as Moses is).

ill judge him when Moses is back and we have a 6 playing who wants to be there

Same I am a big Iongi fan..

For me he needs to be supporting the auer with the ball more. When Smith made the break he should have been there ready to take the pass and score.

Ryles is obviously a fan of Kautoga, however the way we are playing we have no idea how to bring the second rowers into the game.

This season is terrible so far. How the hell are we so far behind in having players ready for first grade?

Smith is the only bright spot atm.

It’s time to upgrade Samrani. There’s truth is he’s got a much bigger upside than Sean Russell. If we are rebuilding, let’s get on with it.
Only reason I can think we are holding off is it’s our last squad spot and we maybe have someone else we are negotiating with or have in mind for that spot

Whilst he isn’t shooting the lights out, I think Walker is needed to fix either our halves, centres or utility spot before going into the second row

2nd rower needs to be able to create some kind of space for their centre aswell and the few times Kautoga got the ball he stiffled out attack. If Cartwright is available he goes straight in. He atleast offers something and might give lomax some space.
