I don't think the actual outcome of the result is a surprise, but our overall performance is a huge concern, particularly after the coach basically called them all soft cocks during the week.

If that performance is your response then that raises huge questions.

So what will his useless words be this week?

The Raiders were poor last week and their coach made them know it, and obviously they responded with a strong effort. Parra on the other hand responded with absolute garbage.

I thought the signs were probably there last week that we're in a heap of trouble. The Tigpies were woeful last week really. We actually made them look competent.

In the last two weeks we've been poor against teams that on paper are genuine Bottom 6 sides.

Obviously huge pressure should be now on the club.

It should all be blown up. But I truly don’t believe all of this “BA doesn’t get the team he wants and he’s hamstrung by the recruitment committee” shit. This is his team - it’s been his team for the last 7 or 8 seasons. I’m happy for it all to be blown into the sun, but giving Arthur a pass because there are others involved in recruitment is an absolute cop-out.

Even if he doesn't get the team he wants, surely he is allowed to coach them the way he wants?

His defensive structures haven't ever worked, which leads to increased pressure against us and poor field position.


*I agree with your point though. He certainly, after 10 years, has the team he wants. And having 2 reserve graders consistently in the starting outside backs is far from good enough (especially with hundreds of thousands of cap space free to start the year!)
