Bennett is 74 years old and although he wants to keep working, I can’t see him moving to Sydney and taking charge of this utter bin fire of a club.
I honestly didn’t mind his signing too much, knowing that he’s been a bloke who can tackle and distribute ok, and that BA’s never given a f**k about having a hooker that can do anything other than that. But he’s been woeful the last fortnight.

I thought he was no better than ok. He just doesn’t have the skillset or the tenacity to grab the team and bring them with him. Some of his kicking was putrid, and he had zero support from Blaize, in fairness. Either way, if he’s going to be the number one half, we are deeply f**ked.
