I don't think game management is as important as territory management. And maybe I'm in danger of getting into pedantic areas here myself, but I think you can win a competition with any kind of halves so long as you can dominate territory. Lets face it, in a big finals game how often do the halves actually have a huge say in an attacking play? Often it's something a bit out of the box that breaks open a game where both sides are paying very close attention to ball control, or it's one team tiring. But usually the team that dominates territory wins the game.
To do that you need two kickers. I actually think Moses and Norman can be a very good halves pairing so long as we get the kicking games right. They are both major attacking threats if we can get the field position.
