Who would've thought Anthony Quinn would survive so long in Melbourne, especially when most of us were
denigrating him at the end of his stint with Newcastle. Proven to have been as good value for moneyas a
second hand Hilux, this bloke just asks the coach what he can do for him realistically then goes out and does it.
If you want him to run down a sideline and concentrate on just putting the ball over the line he'll die trying.
If you need someone to switch to suicidal mode in the front line he'll step up. Do the same job as Matai,
but not in a cowardly way, and he's your man. Not too flash is Anthony, but loyalty and compassion shown
by him was returned by Bellamy when others would have thrown him on the scrapheap.
He may be superfluous to Melbourne's needs when room is now needed but he is taking something back to
the Knights that only he and Jeremy Smith have in common.
