Ref and Bunker Decisions

Parra Captains Challenge for a strip on RCG (?). McLean I think it was clearly raked at the ball. So clear even boofhead Shouty Dan saw it. Bunker misses it though.

Last Penrith try really deserved a few reviews. Looked like it could have been an obstruction?

For the 2nd week running the bunker used the term “moderate force” when describing a collision . Do they have a force gauge now in the bunker? If anyone watched the last episode of The Bye Round”. , James Graham and Aaron Woods ripped the bunker and referees to shreds over their interpretations of the obstruction rule and head high tackles. They showed tries where the Tigers and Eels defences were obstructed by lead runners when conceding tries but since the affected defenders involved didn’t take a dive , the tries were awarded. Graham said that if he was coaching either team he would have to tell them to dive to get the penalty.

They also had a laugh at the Ponga “high tackle” penalty against Penrith (which was a great ball and all tackle , and asked whether the penalty would be given if the beneficiary wasn’t a ’

Penriff's second last try. The chaser, #4, was a metre or two offside and had an impact on the fullback knocking the ball on. Nothing from the bunker. They are useless. And it was so obvious.

I hate the bunker so much.

I think Asi went for Martin not the other way around but likely was square up for some poor calls earlier

I just hope that StGeorge and the Dogs don't get the type of rulings Penrith did last night as there could be trouble in the crowd!
Some of the rulings were from the back pages of the rule book as Ivan put it.
