Surely there is a different angles? Was that the only angle they showed on replay tonight
This screen shot confirms it. No try. Good call
Nine screwed up, video ref doesn't work without the video!
I'd say that's more than likely a try. Is it conclusively a try? No. I couldn't say with 100 or even 90% certainty that he's got the ball on or over the line.
Try every day of the week. Video Ref needs to lose his job. That was actually an easy one and the genius still couldn't get it right.
Every week in the NRL now referees are costing teams games.
It's a fkn lottery when they go upstairs. Sometimes it seems like they want to try and keep games close...who knows what the f**k goes on up there.

If the on field ref called try before the review, it would have been a try being that the video evidence being insufficient to overturn it.
Blame the on field and sideline ref.
Agreed, but surely momentum carried him over the line no problem?
The ruling ended up that he was short and then went over the sideline, which is clearly garbage.

A Storm fan complaining about the refs...what happened against the Dragons again? Lets not forget that one of your tries came from a very dubious decision too! Sacked? What for, at NO STAGE did the ball clearly hit the ground. It might have, might not have. On field call stands.
