Explosive collars on all referees with a remote trigger at the fingertip of every coach, commentator and spectator (and if successful every home viewer as well via the magic of the Foxtel box). We'll see how many errors the so-called referees come up with then.

Where can they hide him next week?

2 weeks ago he got smashed by the media for his performance in the Manly Vs Roosters game. So they sent him down to Melbourne, hopefully it'll cool off they thought.

Last week he got smashed by the media for his performance and match defining call in the Melbourne Vs Gold Coast Game. So they sent him to hide overseas in NZ, they'll get smashed anyway they thought... surely he can't stuff up anything over there.

This week with the perfect & best view of the incident and as the senior referee he makes another atrocious call after giving into the pressure of players. Again his decision in the closing minutes played a massive role in deciding the game. Maybe he'll get lucky and the debutant coach will spare him but I don't reckon the media will be so kind.

So that's a stuff up in NSW, VIC & NZ.... Where can we hide him next with no game in QLD?

Do PNG have a home game?

Well that's quite a feat by Ben Cummins. Horrendous performances in 4 different regions.

I hope this achievement is recognsied by the NRL.

Stupid idea.

Maybe they can have 2 out of 3 on each decision.

Yep and contentious decisions could be decided by scissors, paper, stone. Wouldn't be any more random than the current stupidity. I can see the KFC add followed by the three refs lined up ready to throw out their arms followed by the try/no try crap that we have now.

Circle jerk

First one to blow on a bucket of KFC gets the call

Dragons argued with Cummins the mid air tackle, on Beale from memory, was dangerous no matter if the ball bounced, Ray Warren says 'Ben should know the rules, he's an Origin referee . . . '

Well he he does know the rules and he would have been correct had Marshall been tackled and played the ball, as he thought he had while sprinting down field trying to catch up with the play.

He should be awarded the Todd Greenberg Medal for consistent mediocrity.

There are some referees that can't be allowed near the finals, the f**king garden gnome refereeing alongside Badger at the moment thinks he'll grow a centimetre every time he blows the whistle. How every ball that comes loose in a tackle has blame definitely apportioned rivals the discovery of penicillan . . . what is wrong with 'play on', why isn't it allowed in the rules

I'm no Roosters fan but the no try for Casty should have gone upstairs instead of a penalty. Pretty conclusive (video) that his arm never touched the ground and would have put Roosters up 18-4. No wonder Trent Robinson was spewing at the press conference.

Not even in union can you crawl along the ground while you have someone on top of you. Momentum had clearly stopped, he was on the ground with someone on him.
